and the makers and marketers of neptune are soooo damn selective on who is going to tune it. i know they have a whole huge list of criteria you have to meet to be a tuner, so it tosses some people/places/shops out the window as far as that goes.

for all that i would spend 150 bux and buy crome pro!

so you dont think being selective is a good thing? like i said in a previous post i am really anal on who i let work on my car. i think dealing with selective tuners is a good thing... neptune is doing this, so in the end you will ultimately know that most neptuners are going to be good tuners since the qualifications are so steep for them. im not trying to sway anyone in any way i am just trying to see everyones points of views thats it
