ok guys, im stumped. i can a honda motor apart but i dont know shit when it comes to ac stuff. ok i have a 00 prelude and the AC just quit, the fan turns on but no air comes out of the vents, when i put it on outside air it blows but the fan doesnt work still... just the air comeing from outside blows (not hard) sooo any ideas or anybody know whats up ?? any help would be great. thanks

 

For the air not blowing that hard. Does the blower motor come on at all? Could be the Heater Fan switch which is located behind the Heater control panel. Or could be a short. Its hard to pin point the problem without being able to diag. the problem. Check also air ducts could be clogged,

What happens when you turn the ac on and the blower motor on full blast? What fans come on?

 

he is prob talking about the fan in the motor, i would say +1 for the blower motor going out....have fun changing that bitch. you have to pull the dash off half way.
