Default cooling system problum

after i shut my car off after driving it at least 10 miles it makes a bubbling noise. i opend my hood and saw that it was comming from my coolent overflow resavor. weird thing is that it dosent do this until i shut the car off. also after driving my car about 20/30 miles the overflow almost tops out yet my temp gauge still reads at the same temp as befor i started having this problum. any thoughts / coments / suggestions? anyone willing to take a look at it? i hope its not a blown head gasket

how many psi should that cap hold? the had a 13 and a 16psi and they gave me the 16. reason i ask is my upper radiator hose has so much pressure in it it looks like its about to explode. i dont knopw if thats normal or not but im thinkin its not. could my water pump not be pumpin or did they give me the wrong cap?? kinda havin the opasite problum now befor i would pinch the hose and thered be nothing in it now i cant even pinch it cuz it looks like it will burst.
