Don't change the clutch. The problem is the clutch cylinder, you may need a new one, or you may need to bleed it. I had the same problem on a 92 accord, so I know all about it.

fifty bucks says your clutch master/slave cylinder went bad. i bet the clutch itself is fine.
check underneath the dash, up where the clutch pedal rod goes into the firewall. there may be some fluid there, or on the engine bay side of the firewall. then the master cylinder is bad;
the slave cylinder can go bad too- it's in front of the tranny. check for fluid there too.
both are a simple repair.

to bleed the system, though i dont know why you're doing it if you havent diagnosed the problem-
on the slave cylinder, there is a small nipple pointing towards the fans that you can stick a wrench onto. it should be like 6 or 8 mm's- real small. thats the bleed valve.
