Anyone ever had a problem with Steeda clutch adjuster?
hey I am hoping to get some help from some ford guys here so anything would be great.....basically I installed a steeda clutch adjuster and when I adjust so that I can make my friction point lower there is a squeak in the clutch pedal. But when I lightly put my foot on the pedal and apply a slight bit of pressure to the pedal the squeak went away and it does this a lot. Anyone else have a clue about this? Or had this problem?
If this sounds familiar (last half of the thread).. then a can of WD40 will do ya

Is it a constant squeak or does it just squeak when you move the pedal? If its a constant squeak, it sounds like your throwout bearing (adjusting the clutch may let it ride in a worn area or a non-greased area of the bearing retainer). If it just squeaks when you move the pedal, yeah, get some WD40.
