Clutch problem on 92 accord
hey guys i just bought a 92 accord 4dr.......ok when i push downt he clutch the clutch just sticks to the ground dont know what it is.....ppl we bought it form said it needs new clutch but it wont even come back up i dont know if clutch is bad or what i dont think soo cuz it would still have some resistance in the pedal wouldnt it?? soo if anyone has a clue lmk i need to fix it asap
fifty bucks says your clutch master/slave cylinder went bad. i bet the clutch itself is fine.
check underneath the dash, up where the clutch pedal rod goes into the firewall. there may be some fluid there, or on the engine bay side of the firewall. then the master cylinder is bad;
the slave cylinder can go bad too- it's in front of the tranny. check for fluid there too.
both are a simple repair.

to bleed the system, though i dont know why you're doing it if you havent diagnosed the problem-
on the slave cylinder, there is a small nipple pointing towards the fans that you can stick a wrench onto. it should be like 6 or 8 mm's- real small. thats the bleed valve.
