I'm not sure who most of that Information was going to. I'm only running 7-8 psi. Right now I have the good old Greddy Blue Box running everything. My motor isn't stock. Its built with Weisco 9:3-1 Pistons and Eagle Rods. The smoke I'm shooting out is just black (I can pull a black film out of my exhaust with my finger). I'm planning running Uberdata on my Teg once I get the appropriate funds to do so. I just really don't like the whole stuttering in acceleration, check engine light (for misfires), and smoke thing. I'm pretty sure its all just from inproper tuning/timing.

Have you checked the cylinders for fluid? Are the spark plugs ok? Besides the little smoke you have... My LS n/a had similar symptoms recently mis-fire, awful chop and stutter in acceleration .....turns out I had blown the head gasket (again) Had it changed and no more stumble...... its worth a check! Otherwise..GO See DAVE @ hybrid get a chip n tune

Joe, sorry to hear about all your bad luck.

Have someone look it all over for you.. I ran the same set up for many months with no trouble at all. Have Colin look it over, that is who installed it and uninstalled it from my car.

What's up James! Well the setup is a little different now than what it was on your Teg. I built my block up and ever since....its been fun trying to go without problems. I never really thought about the headgasket but that would be a good possibility. I plan on checking it over Wed. so I'll know a lot more then.

Yeah I'm tellin you.. symptoms aren't always exact, so check it out
If it ends up being the head gasket throw some ARP studs in as well (if you dont already)
Then you should be goodtogo

I've got the ARP Studs in already (did that when I rebuilt). Could the misfire be related to a bad valve adjustment? I just had them worked on.

Could this be it? I don't recall having a misfire problem until I did this. Also the car is running extremely rich.
