My driving skills have improved a LOT, I just havent had a chance to show that... My first run was gonna be the balls to the walls "Im not fuckin this up" run, But she decided to break... So I just took it easy the rest of the night...
Keep in mind, I was BABYING it out of the hole, and second gear was refusing to go in until the rpms dropped, so Im sure those things coupled hurt my mph a little...
Im betting with a set of Gator stage 3s, and refreshing the tranny, I can break this setup into the 11s before next season..... Although, by next season, the car will be built to make the power to run consistant mid/low 11s on Drag radials....

well i just dropped my motor back in the hatch today, mounted the intercooler, and ran all the charge piping, ended up hooking most of the crap up, so we will have to see what happens next event.

Dunno just doesnt sound like or look like 11s will be gotten out of your current setup. and now considering that ron ran low 11s on slicks what makes you think that with more power youll get low 11s on Drag radials? more power = harder to get it to the ground. i can see some mid 12s out of your current setup on better axles and slicks but 11s? thats a bit far fetched.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
