I say ls vtec 2000 3000 grand on a motor and install is alot. buy a ls swap and a vtec head your in like flint.

90-91 are heavier than 88-89 one distinct way to see this is the re-inforced brackets in the door for the seatbelts.

Spend the money and find a cheap h22 or even cheaper h23 and do it yourself. Get a helms and bite the bullet.

Do It Yourself? Do You Know The Amount Of Fabrication Needed For That Particular Swap In An EF, That's No Easy Swap.

Go B-Series, LS/Vtec Research It And See If That Suits You, If Not Get A B16 Like Everyone Else Says
