b16a oil pump on a LS/vtec is NOOO good!!!! get at least a gsr. the OIL PUMP stops bearings from spinning!!! more pressure and volume make bearings last!

and garrett - ive still got the stang, gotta do a few things to it before me and james (my friend with the formula) trade.. i did have a 94 si hatch, but i could not pass this crx shell up, its SOOOOOOOOOOO fucking clean.. so i traded the hatch shell for the crx shell

 

No problems, that thing was a beast in his CRX.

 

b16 and gsr pumps are the same gear mm how is it better i never had a problem with my lsvtec in my crx reving to 8K all the time for about a year plus i dont think you will come close to 12: on your compression with itr pistons even a b16 piston has 11:8 max but from your pm yes i like what i see BUT do it right MAKE sure you use a new or very very on the head Tq wrench ok

 

plus one thing i have talked over and got very well explanded to me by((mtber))i would get 310 injectors it is much better im proof i owe him alot for explaning all of it to me

block decked 5 thousands and head shaved 30 with ITR pistons............ thats some close measures.

 

everyone ive asked about this thing said it runs like a dream, throws no codes, has no problems at all, and has ran perfect since it was built a year ago...

 

my friend matt built this motor at underground and it was his rex that it was in this thing is fast as hell
