i talked to a friend and they said it could possibly be a oil pump going bad. Comments?

reground oil pressure switch and vtec solenoid and still doesnt work, vtec finally starts working at 6100 rpms

Is your speedo working? If not it is the speed sensor.

yes the speedo works, thats why vtec kicks in buddy...just doesnt stay engaged. plus im not throwing vss code.

IACV = On the back side of the intake manifold.
2 wire plug wire going into it & 2 coolant lines....

knock sensor = $130 msrp.

I have one but I am not gonna let it go for less then $80

I recommend you get your self a chipped ecu which does not look for a knock signal.
