best swap

Lightbulb best swap

what is the best swap to put in a crx if i want to go auto-x in it. i was thinking of maybe a ls swap or a b20 swap. this is going to be my first sawp and i dont want a handful on the track. i want to start with something i can deal with.

both of those are great ideas for auto-x. your not going to need a vtec egine because you wont be going to vtec alot, and both those engine are know for torque, which is what you're looking for.

i'd go with a b16a or b18c cause most of the time in auto x your in 2nd bouncing of rev limit....i'd want a more high revving engine.

Any b-series swap will serve you well. Yhe best imo would be a b18c swap.

best swap IMO is LS or b20, due to cost vs the vtec motors

well i am going to be the one working on the car most of the time so if i can save time and money with less repairs on the moter then i would go with that.

if you have a v-tec controler you are able to change when it comes into play or when it kicks in right?
