yes, everything was ripped out, and trust me, it was one of the stupidest things ever done!!! damnit LOL, its all going back in on monday, and ill have cold/blowing a/c by tuesday

so far, got the pistons, rods, rod bolts in the car.. this thing is almost ready.. now all i need is a head, dizzy, golden eagle ls/vtec conversion kit, gsr oil pump and im gonna be vtec'in it up!!! w00t

spoon ITR ceramic coated pistons (11.5:1 c/r)
eagle h-beam rods
ARP rod and head bolts

Eagle rods are not compatible with oem Honda pistons. You need to either get forged aftermarket pistons or run the stock rods. I've gone over the reasons before if you want to search.

also make sure to use a vtec oil pump and vtec pistons.
