talk to Crix he will do it for a good price..ffor a Ls it is fairly easy you dont even have to take off the head BUT I WOULD CHANGE OUT your pistonss rings also to insure longer life of thaat motor

ok just drained my oil and there is no metal shavings ( i thought there would be) does that mean that it was not a spun bearing??? or is it just the wear now the old bearings

could just mean wear out bearings or maybe its stuck in the pick up.maybe your thrust wash is wear could be couple of things
