i have a comptech header with no bung for the o2 sensor.. its unplugged..

 

i didnt use a o2 sensor for about 4 months and my ls motor ran fine in my car. till it started to throw codes so i put one in and it ran slower.................

 

No o2 sensor makes my car run better too. THats not what i meant. THe b16 ecu looks for 2 o2 sensors, and most people only put in 1, or they put in 2 but they put them i nthe wrong spots which makes the car run weird sometimes. THe PW0/PR3 ecu's are jewish.

Defenitly a wiring problem. Check to see if any codes pop up when it missfires. or check for codes 4,9 or anything to do with the distributor. Sounds like a wirring problem though. I went through exsactly what your discribing with my old b16 crx. I ended up getting a new engine harness from honda.

 

i feel like i am dumping entirely too much money into this car?
