i don't see why it shouldn't, even if it doesn't bolt up, i'm sure there are mount kits out there for a reasonable price to make it possible.

The integra D series is a DUAL cam motor.
The rods are often used in SOHC engines for their strength over normal stock.

There are no USDM "ZC"s. I've never seen one however. So maybe I missed the memo...
