does a 89 teg have an Ls motor just like the 90-93 tegs??? cable tranny?? anybody know?

checked faq, 86-89 Had D16A3, 90-93 had the ZC.
as far as the trannies go, D16A3 (86-89) had the S1, A1, or J1. the ZC (90-93) had the CG. it's all in Honda FAQ.....https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/s...hreadid=128637

That's the J spec ones dipshit, the USDMs had B18A1s, the LS.
