i have a 95' and if it is in the same spot mine is then i know what your talking about.. it is right above the wheel well? well if so, mine are too, and on both sides also.. because with the 92-95 there is something above the wheel the holds water when you run through a puddle or what not.. but i cut that out, sanded, bondo, and fiberglass.. it is not spreading or anything.. it is easy.. took me 15 mins. at least.. but other then that i would look into new quarter panels if not intrested in doing that..
