im sorry to be the pessimist here, but with what little you know about setups, this is what i have gathered from your questions, you would need somewhere around $10,000 just to build this motor to make 400WHP... and i say that much due to the fact that you would have to pay someone else to do every little thing on it... i say either hit the lotto or try to read some more, learn as much as possible and try to make more attainable goals for yourself...

holy shi.. for the third time and maybe you will get it this time.. I A AUTO MECHANICS CLASS.. i rememer mentioning this to you once before.. i know what im doing. and i work on my car myself. and again like i said once before to you.. i know how much i will be paying. it is a process. little things at a time.. no i dont know much about nitrous, and if you consider that because i dont know much about that then i know nothing, then maybe you can come over here and met me and watch me work on my car and see why it is still runing......

ls/vtec turbo > R/S bs.

The difference in R/S between the ls and gsr is minimal.

well then i am going to continue with the gsr.. just was hoping to find something a little cheaper.. and i heard the ls/vtecs are awsome when boosted..

that is great that you are trying to learn... the fact still stands that you have to ask simple questions about setups... i, personally, think that you need to learn enough to make a setup that suits your needs... not something that someone told you to build... anyway good luck...

if you already have an integra w/ a ls swap in it, just boost it & be happy. I was assuming you didnt have a tranny & block etc.

well they maybe simple questions to you. but i dont know anyone with ls/vtec with nitrous.. i dont know how it is going to run.. i live in st. pete beach. we have nothing but ricers down here! there is one car with nos. civic with a b20 and 75 shot dry kit. hope you didnt think i was coming off on being an asshole. wasnt having a good day

.. but yea i can say i need to learn more about a nitrous set up. but a turbo with a gsr i have good knowledge of that.. i have read all the honda power books where they were buiding a gsr turboed.. i have one where it was at 477, but i think they got it higher.. well i heard.. but i am looking for 400BHP.. not to the wheel just to the crank..
