so will it run more shitty or no like crix said its proven on a dyno that you lose power i dotn want to do that i don want to lose it my question is will it run better more power or run shitty and less power

one more thing if i get a z6 block and a y8 head what type of head bots do i use and stuff canm i use the old ones from the d15 block or is it diffrent if i have to change them can someone tell me where to get them

It _should_ make a couple more hp with a Y8 head. However your results may vary. There is very little difference between the heads themselves. One good thing about a Y8 head is the intake manifold, which should bring up your midrange a good amount.
You will need z6 head bolts. Go with ARP studs.

oh and what type or head gasket and timing belt and intake manifold and exaust manifold gaskets am i going to need yo use if i am puttin the engine in a 88-91 si intake manifold and exaust maniolf
