B16B Stroker
if you are going to buy internals get a ls crank or b20 and rods .this will give you a tad more displacement.

the best thing wouldbe to just get a gsr block. nobody wants the b16b bottom end b/c they can get a b18 for less and it's better. if you put it on ebay you can sell it for sure and for alot more than you think.
just my 2 cents
just my 2 cents

KJ told me to just put the B18 crank and some forged rods w/ my pistons and I'll have about 12.5:1 compression.

get an ls crank and rods, your b16b shres deckheight with all b18/b20's out there
it would be sort of a sleeper....everyone would think its just a b16!
bte, are you selling the b16b block? if so pm me asap

the B16 doesnt havethe same deck heigt its 0.300-inch lower then the B18's the Only differencein the B16B is the B18 Rods with B16 Pistons it adds higher rpm for sustained high rpm power.
Long Rod Theory Subscribe to it !! It gets a better Rod STroke ratio. B18/20 and B16 blocks are very different deck wise. You can stroke a B16 to a 1.8L or Bore it to be 1.8L but will never be a B18. Or anywheres close. Just buy a B18C block.

I retract this i misread the article. Lemme do it word for word. I took it as explaing ion compariosn to a B18 Block and not a standard B16 block. The B16 and B17 are 0.300-inch lower
Their is also a weird Japan-only B16 Variant-the B16B- which uses a B16 crank,but with the B18C's longer rods (138mm/5.43-inch compared to 134mm/5.28-inch) and a 0.300-inchhigher deck height.
