how much boost???? 2000 civic SI
You live in Belleview right? Black Si with endless decals on it? If so, you have a nice set up, you just spent a lil too much money at dougs. Get some tuning, and you should be straight. I would have everything checked out to make sure it was all installed correctly. My friend Mark that helped me do my kit could do that for you. PM me if you want to have him check it out. BTW, I am Matt, I have the black turbo del sol, I used to be at ken martins house all the time.

Don't listen to these guys, if you were to come to me and want me to buy that part list and install it for you, I'll probably charge you very close to what you paid...
Thats alot of labor and then you went ahead and bought all quality parts and I'm sure they were brand new too...
That intercooler is good enough for a while...I'm pretty sure you can just upgrade to the turbo to a larger Mitsubishi turbo like a TD06/20g or something big like a T67 when you have the hardware for it...

Sorry.... Okay, learn to launch your car, and get that 60' down. 3.1 reminds me of my civic's stupid launches... 101mph is definatly high 13's.

First off if your looking at any more boost, I'd go with RC 440's or maybe 550's depending on the PSI you wanna run. Also look into a Quafe LSD ( dont used Kaaz, it is a clutch type and needs to be rebuilt every *so many* miles. Also Phantom Grip is shit too, thats just a welded diff) Trash the VAFC, with the amount of money you have wrapped up in this car, you don't want to blow it. Also traction bars will help you a ton. I have a Quafe LSD and Lakewood traction bars and still dont get traction till 8000 RPM in 2nd gear. Also boosted cars are harder to launch than NA, you will need lots of practice, I've never been to the track, but when I do I expect about a 15 sec first pass LOL, then I shoul dbe in the mid 13's by the end of the day. If you need any other help PM me.

yes i have a black Si and live in belleview, and yes i bought everything from doug(endless speed and sound)yes i bought everything brand new and name brand. i wanted to get everything to ensure the life of my motor when purchasing the turbo kit. when i bought everything it wasnt just 6 grand that was including labor, i paid around 4,500 for all the parts and the rest was labor. As, for letting Mark look at the car.......i dont think that would ever happen, he doesnt get along with my Fiancee, for reasons i dont know. ok now for my suspension the only mods i have are skunk2 camber kits on the front only, agx adjustable struts on all 4 corners with Nuespeed Springs, as well as a front upper and rear upper strut bars, thats it. and as for my rim/tire combo i have tenzo shu 4 copys with khumo 712's(205/40/17). the 1st and last time i went to the track i ran twice the 1st time i launched at 2,500 rpm and the car just bogged down, the 2nd time i launched at 4,500 rpm, and spun all 1st 2nd and churrped 3rd, then the lines got to long and i called it a day. But when im on the street i have no problems. its just that it feels like it pulls harder on the street rather than on the track, maybe its just my tires or maybe the track surface is too sticky here in Gainesville.
Learn to work the clutch, that will prevent the bogging, set your struts to stiff as shit in the back and semi stiff in the front, and get some traction bars. Seriously though, learn to work the clutch.

You need to get yourself a set of 15" rims with some softer compound and thicker profile tires...225/50/15's is a good size tire and those tires will be made for grip...You can also experiment with your tire pressure on those 17's...Run around 30psi up front and 44psi in the rear...A 2 stage boost controller is invaluable with the wheel/tire combination you currently have...
