An H-series mount kit from HCP would probably get the motor in there.
BTW I'd axe the idea of a 5 angle valve job if you don't have it done yet. Honda's generally like a 3 angle more.
The nitrided valves are a good idea since alot of stainless steel valves mushroom at the valve tip.
I wasn't aware Skunk 2 made a cam for that motor. I'd be wary of running a stage 2 cam on a turbo motor.

A 50 trim wont get you much more then 400whp, with that small turbo, you can make that power on a semi stock motor.
8.8:1 compression is low for a Honda, your car is going to be a dog on the street. With that small of a turbo though, I guess it would spool quick enough where you would almost not notice it. But below 3krpm, you will hate your life.
Those injectors are stupid large for what your doing. Stick with 720's MAX, you wont max those out with that turbo.
