ls reving to 8?
Stock LS cams won't make any power at 8k , and the stock LS valve springs will float before that so it's pointless...

a set of crower cams 404s stage 3 crower dual valvesprings and retainers skunk2 intake manifold with a direct port 100 shot skunk2 cam gears raised rev to 8200? maybe?. Or not a chance in hell ?.

cam gears are used to advance CAM timing, not ignition timing, they're totally different, and if you have cams it's likely you'll need adj gears.
The skunk2 manifold is PROVEN hp, and WELL worth it's tag. However it is not 400 bucks. More like 300-350. Don't port and pollish your head, Honda heads flow well enough.

Valve springs, valves themselfs don't really need to be mest with unless your going turbo or nitrous, just springs and retainers are primarily needed
