Gee, thanks for the wonderful addition to this post Kris. 
Keith's pretty much right, Honda heads are pretty high flowing as it is, and under normal conditions a port and pollish will make you lose power, instead of gain it, especially if the place does not flowbench their work.
Portflow in Cali does. I know of noone down here that can flowbench.

he ported my head and some of my friends he does great work.
prices are 400 for complete p&p (for a 16 valve), additional 50 for port matching/ porting intake mainfold.

All the power is in the Valve Job...Serdi Machine is the only modern way to get the angles to create maximum flow around the valves...
Opening up your exhaust ports will help evacuate your Extra exhaust gases if you are running nitrous...Polish the exhaust port and leave the intake ports scuffed up...
