Im going to look for some flow maps, but Im 90% positive the ITR head flow more and better then any other B series head. Afterall it has been mildly ported and made for N/A.
Dyno sheets can proove little because these motors are all built wildly different.

im almost positive ITR and B16 are damn near identical, except for the swirl polishing and a slight very slight differencein intake manifold, but realistically they are the same, they flow the same........i am speakingin terms of the head not the cams. if you use type r cams in a B16 head you should have the same thing, then when you have some cash get a skunk 2 manifold, but out of the vtec series heads, GSRs flow the least
