what motor are you talking about? d15 vtec or d16 vtec? is the d16 only usdm? i'm looking to do the same thing b/c i noticed that people turbo them and just rebuild them if they blow b/c its cheap to rebuild. good idea? i need some help on the subject

ok yeah i did but i didnt' know if it changed lol. whats a ps to a hp ratio? or what is the hp of the motor lol and torque? where and how much could i pick one up for?

If we're still talking about the D15B VTEC, it already has a VTEC head on it.
You could put a z6 head on there no problem, however, a y8 may be of some difficulty, and there may be some slight modification/fabrication needed. I do not recall the differences offhand. A Y8 head however, would be the ideal choice. I really would like to turbocharge one of these motors. :/

the d15b only came in 3 stage vtec in the 0bd2 models, obd1 is just regular one stage, correct me if im wrong and 450 is a little much as ive posted th is site before you can get the motor for 380 dollars or so at www.alljapaneseengines.com, if the site isnt working i have the guys email addy, also he said shipping in florida to a buisness would be like around 40 bucks, so its not bad
