thats a nice car. he didn't have drag radials on it though. i looked, i mean it was dark but they were street tires. i wanted to talk to him but i didn't want to interupt him when he was talking to his friends about his pass. i wanted to know whats going on under that hood lol. i can't wait either lol

 

I meant I can't wait to see where he will be in the 12's "when" he puts the drag radials on. He was running on $40.00 El Matador street tires at the track night. He doesn't mind people coming up and talking to him as long as you have not all geeked up on beans, lol.

 

oh ic lol. yeah that car screams though. what kind of valve train setup does he have? sounded like he was shifting around 9k?

 

It's a STOCK ITR head. I looked at his AVCR when we were driving back towards St Pete and the highest he took it was 8,750 =( Should of took it to 9,100 =)

 

Revhard makes a turbo kit for a B series motor in a crx chassis, But I'm not to sure if your going to see 12's on street tires unless your VERY careful with engine managment.

 

stock head? how was it so fast? whats done to it?

 

People have always said "you need to build a Honda head" but it's crap. I'm shooting for 465whp or whatever gets me an 11.3 time slip with little done to the head.

What's done to it? It's turbuh Stock bore, stock sleeves, ENDYN pistons, Eagle rods, 550cc injectors, little 50 trim Turbonetics T3/T04E, etc. Nothing really insane.

 

my head is from 89.I bolted it on and eveything is all original.I ran 12.4 and my head is doing just fine.It could use some upgrades but it works.

* GSR intake camshaft
* ITR exhaust camshaft
* ITR intake manifold
* Hondata intake manifold gasket
* Port Flow inner valve springs
* ITR outer valve springs
