You must purchase the wideband seperatly, this is NOT a replacment for dyno time. How else would you know how much power your putting down? It takes like, what? 30-90 seconds to burn an EEPROM? You can download updates to the Hondata software from their site as well. AEM may support traction control, but does any Honda have it? Maybe the S2k?

Well you can correct me all you want but the fact of the matter is that the Greddy Profec EO1 is a pretty nice system when it is matched up with the Emanage system. It is actually pretty user friendly and can be tuned wide band. As for the hp thing I am running a fully built greddy turbo B18C1 Motor that is in the midst of being finished, hp numbers are in the range of 300 plus.
But that has yet to be determined we will see......
Hondata is a nice system but for what I am doing the profec series is more of what I want to do. I am bashing the Hondata but the Profec uses the stock maping to adjust from, and which we all know is a better place to start from than trying to figure out where to start first.
Both have their benefits and their cons but it all comes down to preference.

Hondata has base maps.
Good luck with 300hp out of a Greddy/Mitsu turbo on a Honda. You'd find MUCH better results on a t3/t4 50 trim.
I couldn't find any hard evidence, but I believe the 18g only supports about 300hp anyhow. Maxing that thing out on stock sleeves would be deadly. You said your fully built, I assume that includes sleeves. So it's attainable with 550(Would 450's get maxed out?)'s and an Ungodly amount of tuning... Your just going to be looking at 18psi+ when you could get similar spool and more power out of a 50 trim with less boost.

AEM can put traction control on what ever you put it in.As far as dyno time,it's great to see the power you are making but the most important thing to me is air fuel ratio.I can take my car to the track, datalog, make changes as needed. If hondata is so great then why are the pros using other systems.I want what is the best. The problem with hondata is vibration kills them. That is why racers are not using them as much.Cory all motor went threw 3 in one year.Mike Yonkie has had problems with his.Hondata is great,to say it's the best is a far cry from the truth. You show me how great hondata is and i will show you how the AEM works.
The Mitsubishi/Greddy TD05-18g is used with a Subaru Flange on the WRX EJ20 motors and with the UTEC ECM, it has put down over 350HP to the wheels on an AWD dynapak dyno...You need at least 550cc injectors to make that kind of power with that turbo and the T3/T4b 50trim can make about 400Whp max at 23psi on a Turbo Built GSR...

Have you ever seen Hondata? Sheesh. How is virbration going to kill them? MOUNT THE FUCKING THING PROPERLY and you wont have any problem with vibration... and shaking a hondata system will not hurt it.
How does AEM's traction control work on a Honda now?

I am not sure who you are referring to here....but if it is me...I never said hondata was the best. Hell, I would get a motec unit over the hondata anyday if $$$ was not an option. Put that sucka on autotune...bam. PRos use other systems for the convience. With the AEM, Speedpro, Motec....there is no burning of chips. You dont have to remove the ecu cover, pull the chip, burn it, etc...Tuning is done on the fly. I have datalogging with my setup as well. I can monitor everything as well. I am not here to argue over what you want as the best. Its your money. I would just rather put that extra 1000 into something else.
People going through hondata boxes from vibration...that is stupid. Homedepot sells weather stripping for like 2 bucks. There is your dampening. I dont need help learning the AEM. I understand how it works and tuning. Disregard if that wasnt directed toward me.
