S10 V6 Swapping To Ls1

ive been giving this some thought but i have no clue what is involved as in mounts a wiring.ive done lots of hondas but nothing like this.
what i need to know is
how much can a ls1 be found for?

what do i need?

and if i want a shop to do it who is best?

I bet the LS1 gets better gas mileage than that 4.2 V6.

im not a big fan of LHT....and i think the LS1 would do better on gas then the 4.3 v6,you might be right there
