im in carrollwood. im probbaly gonna be pulling them off sunday night...if...i gotta have someone come down to me to pull both off at the same time because i cant get the back tube off, so im gonna pull them off simutanieoulsy and level, then remove the back tube, and reinstall the heads the same way. im not really in a rush because im gonna replace the matching lifters to the cam so it runs better overall and reduces that noise they are making from the upgraded cam.

the AD is advertised duration, its what gives a more accurate profile of a cam compared to people going by .05" lift numbers. shows a more accurate ramp rate.
anywho, 488 lift is with a 1.5 rocker i presume. sounds like a cam with tad more duration, but keeping the lift minimal to utilize stock parts.
LSA referse the lobe seperation angle. IC refers to intake centerline. if memory serve me, a cam with 114+4 means the cam in general is on an average 114 LSA, but the +4 indicates advance, which means the intake valve is actually on a 110 LSA, and the exhaust valve is on a 118LSA
and scott, im doing a H/C setup right now. just waiting on it to get here. i couldnt really decide what route to go with, so im going solid roller. gunna get the block partially filled, and splayed mains. hoping she can stay together to 7500, but will only go to 7 to keep safe. i had to go tamer on the cam, anything else makes too much usable power past that for me to waste.
as for being cheap etc, with the heads..i dunno what you have to spend, if you have a decent amount like 1500 or so, i would say go buy a set of lloyd elliot stg 2 heads, and he has a cam for it aswell. seems to have proven to be a solid setup.

i've never heard of this? you have to match the lifters to the cam in an lt1?
