carbon fiber hood rice or nice

sorry Brother, your SOHC 4.6 with a set of mufflers WILL NOT take down a vette.....
headers= 10 hp
exhaust w/o cats= 10 hp
intake= 10 hp
pulleys free up about=5-8 hp
all these numbers are on the light side headers can easily add up to 20 hp, and so can exhaust with the elimintaion of cats. so 280hp 4.6 liter runs 14.17 what do you think a 320 hp 4.6 liter will run?

OK since you are a fellow domestic, i will help you out here before you end up looking even worse to everyone on the board. here are a set of rules that you should think about when posting here:
#1 NEVER quote times out of a magizine.
#2 DONT quote times that you personally havent seen be run.
i have NEVER seen a stock vette run 13.8... i hate to break it to you and any magizine you've read. heck, when my CAMARO was stock with a air filter and a muffler i ran 13.0 with stock tires. NO NITTOS!
and vettes are supposed to have like 50 HP on top of whatever i have!
im asking you a favor, please be a good guy and stop asking about carbon fiber hoods and qouting quarter mile times from magizines, thats what the Ricers do.
I see potental in you, young one. if you need help with your car, feel free to ask me. i am available to help lead you in the right direction.

LOL. Here's another hint...girls don't care about your car, no matter what it is. If you (read "one" not you in particular) need a car to attract girls, you ( see previous aside) are one hurtin' puppy.
Now, the rice part, I don't think anybody called your car rice. We did call a carbon fiber hood on a non performance car rice (no, 13's is not really performance). Now, if you get a nasty black CF hood we will probably call you rice but hey, you did ask our opinion, remember? Oh, by trophies, I hope you don't mean one of Setzer's trophies, do you?
Suggestion, if you're gonna rice out your car, why don't you get one of those hoods that just look like they're carbon fiber, you know the ones with the printed CF on them. They are a lot cheaper, look just as dumb and you will have a bunch of extra money to spend on that hot babe that's sucking on your hood.
BTW, my 11 sec "monster" had air conditioning.

and if you would have read my thread earlier you would know that my car is getting headers, and a full exhaust, and pulleys, and i dont know if i mentioned this earlier but im gettin an intake too. so you figure on th moderate side
