Stop acting like you didn't rip that right off. Your title alone screams troll or 16 y/o. It show you are not familiar with online forums if you have no clue what Copy Pasta means.

007, you're new here... and like any new guy, you get the shit.
so far in this thread, you've gotten very mild shit. It can, and has, gotten much worse.

If you aren't a troll, and you aren't a 15 year old, then you know what people mean when talking about riced out cars. You also know that it is pretty generally accepted that when you are talking about fast drag race cars, fwd, and cheap, the conversation usually gets pretty ricey.
so yeah, you opened the door, and people walked right through it.
is it a warm and fuzzy welcome? no.
If you wanted that, you wouldn't be into something as competitive as say racing cars.

Now, more directly to your question.
it depends on what you mean by "cheap"
for some, less than $1,000 is cheap. Others consider under $5,000 cheap. And some of us even consider $20,000 cheap, especially when it comes to a purpose built performance car.
Why are you hung up on front wheel drive cars?
Any sort of interest in one direction or another?
Why no boost?
What does it matter what the fastest stock time is? A new set of wheels, intake, headers, exhaust, and boom, that stock time is out the window. And considering every car is different, exhaust is going to impact every car differently, and therefore, vary the impact that has on the stock times...

What is the end goal?
Trying to be the fastest at the local track meet? on the street? in a certain circuit? Or just the fastest in general?

Or are you just trying to have some general conversation regarding project cars and drag racing?
even with as dead as this site had gotten, there are a couple of us that still enjoy those kinds of discussions.

Point being, you need some direction. It is nice that you started to focus in some by not just posting "what is the fastest car ever cause I'm building a race car... oh, and under $800" you said cheap... gotta define cheap. You said FWD, which is a start, but given the history of FWD, that doesn't narrow it down much. and you said drag racing, which at least points the conversation to a certain motorsport.
