Default It pays off to have the best lawyers in your pocket!

So I got a bit lead footed driving home a few weeks ago (we all do it sometimes ) and got clocked at 107mph, there's no point in running on the highway with a SpecV and he had a Charger which could have been the V8 so I stopped and ended up getting reckless driving, mandatory court appearance, I'm surprised he didn't arrest me. Well I have a legal plan that I pay monthly and I got the best AV rated lawyers, so they took care of it no charge! I didn't have to go to court, they went for me, they got completely rid of it, it won't even show up on my record, I didn't pay a cent, TaDa!

Now of course I'm gonna be more careful, it's not my fault my foot is so heavy

To bad the judge didn't read this. Your claiming you would have ran if you're car was faster.

Is that legal plan through work? Do you think they'll report it back to your employer?

We incur points at our work. So if I get points on my license then those points are doubled by my employer. And since my job includes travel and driving company vehicles I just annoy cops by driving the speed limit or slightly over.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Default attorney got my ticket tossed out at the arraignment and it never went to trial

Mr Wide,
I also have legal insurance.
Any ticket, any county, any state....plus a lot more than just tickets.....
It is far cheaper than even driving to a far away place to find an attorney.
Far cheaper than a law degree, too.
Mine is through Debeaubian, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaras and Neal....biggest firm in Orlando.

Chi Town, go down to the county tax collector's office/tag office and buy your driving record
and you can see what's on it. There is no one that notifies your company if you get a ticket.
Most insurance companies periodically get records on ALL company employees, so they can charge
your company more for the fleet insurance.

For me, last time, I wrote up my own traffic study, gave it to the attorney,
and when he knew he would win in court, he got a lot of confidence. The attorney got
my ticket tossed out at the arraignment and it never went to trial.-Bob

Simply put we sign in our agreement that our driving records can be pulled at anytime that is how we keep our EMR so low.
