Hardly any significant increase in installing an intake and muffler alone. If you're serious about modding your car you'll educate yourself first and modify your car properly. As Jameson said earlier, do a bit of reading on whats what before jumping into it.

ive always liked rsx's.
id say some decent wheels/tires/suspension. small sound system and tint
then you can spend time driving it and not fixing it.
and dont get a catback...please
