hi i was in a car crash two nights ago on hillsborough at around 11pm. i was in a dark blue civic and the other person was in a purple jeep. i was going 45 on the inner lane on hillsborough and a car made a u turn into my line as if i wasnt even there (when i cleary had my hids on) well anyway i tried to swurve out the way and only had enough time to get only my driver side get hit instead of my whole front car. well turns out since i dont have a witness saying she made a u turn they think my story is bs and the lady told the insurance company she was going straight and i just rear ended her.... which is complete bs cause she never talked about the u turn. there were three ppl there from mcdonalds and a couple other ppl that helped me in moving the cars. IF ANYONE WAS THERE LAST NIGHT THAT WAS A WITNESS OR KNOWS THE PPL THAT WERE THERE TO VOUCH THAT SHE MADE A U TURN PLZ MAKE URSELVES KNOWN!! i kno theres a slim chance that a witness might come forward to say the truth but its the last chance i got because they dont believe a word i say unless i have a witness. HELP A TOTALLED CIVIC OUT!!! i cant believe this happened and its so unfair but if u were a witness plz help me out.

 

You should have plowed into the bitch. By you moving your car it makes the damages fit her story that YOU didnt see her and ran into the rear end of the car.

 

Lol. I saw it like immediately before I hit it. And jerked right as fast I could. If I plowed into it I would have been dead cause my airbag didn't go off. Again if anyone saw plz come up front and help me out. My civic I worked so hard for is complete trash and it walks off with a scratch...

 

Sorry for your loss. Unfortunately its your word against hers. Even if you get witnesees, at this point. Shes a woman in a jeep. Youre a man, most likely young, and drive a civic. It wond end well. My question is how did you not see her making the U turn?

 

Welcome to the USA, where if you're any combination of young, enthusiastic, a modified car owner, or anything outside the "normal", you're guilty. Insurance and laws are jokes. It's all about which side of the story will move the most amount of money.

 

I saw her I was literally liketwo carslengths away. I didnt think she wouldpullon to oncoming traffic like a dumbass.
