How often do you change your engine oil?

but to keep it on topic, I changed my Honda's probably every 7k with whatever oil was cheapest (mostly because i didnt give a shit about either one of them
), and every 5-6k with motul 5w30 in the WRX.

I once owned a 1994 Chevy 1500 for 3yrs... Bought it from my dad with 185k on the clock and sold it with 320k on the clock and only changed the oil 4 times... you do the math... That truck now 5yrs later is still seen by my dad in Tampa driving around daily....

Some engine builder lol. Forget the guys name but in a race environment 1,000 miles is a lot of punishment for oil. In motorcycle race engines we change the oil after every event, some change the oil between races. Then again the piston rings only last 4 hours of use.

what kind of racing enviroment? Nascar, F1, Grand am etc tear a engine down after every race... Others change there oil after every race.... Idk how much stuff you pull out of your ass and post on here but you must have a large asshole...

10w-30 non synthetic bs til i get 3k more miles then im going with the mobile 1 5w-30 fully synthetic with whatever filter is on sale because i change my oil every 3k

I retract my previous statement. You are right, TR is pretty much a bunch of broke ass kids that can't even afford to do something correctly, and to think any of them had money to build a race car. Even then when someone on TR builds something how often does it see the track? More like Gandy and the CCC so other kids can go OMG it's so fast.
