How often do you change your engine oil?
My oil just sorta goes away and I refill as needed. I figure that counts as a change.
Gotta love high mileage GMs.

I change it at 5k and use Royal Purple full synthetic. I've heard with full synthetics you can push it between 10-15k, but it's not worth it to me to even risk it. But at 5k, the oil doesn't look bad, it still has a hint of purple and looks like it could go another few thousand.
Just an FYI for those with built engines. Built turbo is 1,000 mile oil changes and built naturally aspirated is 3,000 mile oil changes.
+1, but not German
I change mine about every 3,000 miles. Open PCV system and valve cover breathers FTW. I use whatever synthetic is on sale and a Mobil 1 filter. If you're not spending money for the good stuff all the "regular" synthetic oils are the same bullshit.

Chris' car (allshownogo) probably every month, month and a half, car gets beat on, sees high rpms, and we cycle oil through the turbo as well. Overkill, maybe. My car, every 4k miles max.
