Agreed with officertyo!!! I run a shop and we are not here for free service people. We get paid off of commission, service adviser gets paid off of commission and technicians get paid off of commission. The whole shop gets paid off of commission. I dont blame the guy, he probably charged you .2 hours which is the bare minimum any shop will charge you for labor of any sort. To be honest if someone would complain for a $16 bill I would probably trespass that person. You have a BMW guy maintenance is going to be expensive, everything will be expensive on these cars. If your complaing about a bill for $16 sell it and get something else

so in all of this he could not change the tire on his own? I did not bother to read through 5 pages of BS. If he didn't.... doesn't that make him lazy? I mean yes like you all said it's not an M3 or a 745. So he should have just changed it on his own.

Ok, so add balancing and mounting, and tax to the $150 tire they wanted to sell me.

Why is everyone taking this so serious? lol

I didnt even slander them, or say anything imature, or say anything bad about them, I didnt even say in my original post that they were bad, just saying my experience with them, everyone jumps to conclusions and freaks out.

How about the original problem that everyone seems to skip and just talk BS about me. How about them not being able to fix my tire and trying to just up sell me. How come at goodyear and pepboys they were more real about the problem, and didnt jump to a $150 tire that "I needed"

Some might think im in the "wrong" when really no one did anything wrong, they just dont do business in ways I like. Almost everyone is just jumping in on the bashing cause they cant be creative and think on their own, but its whatever.

Perhaps you are not understanding how business processes are different for each store. Some stores may have a policy where they cannot touch a tire if the nail is "X cm" to the sidewall, and other shops may have a different distance.

Either way, it was $16. Get over it.
