I'd go with the radials personally. I'm not overly familiar with the bias tires. Plus, the bias tires aren't available in many sizes... (like 1)

Falkens, www.tires.com best street tire youre going to find, for autocrossing. But they are still a street tire. Good if youre running STS or STX.

Kumho Victoracer, www.tirerack.com good R compound autocross tire. Not much slower than the hoosiers, for much less money. the better choice if youre just starting to get serious, since they last longer, and dont flatspot as easily.

Hoosier A3S03, www.tirerack.com best DOT R compound tire for autocross. a wee bit faster than the kumhos, mainly because of better lateral traction and much less weight. They flatspot fairly easy though, so be careful.

both the kumhos and the hoosiers are VASTLY superior to ANY street tire. Even the falkens are at least 1.5 seconds behind on an ordinary course and usually more. Epic, since you'll be in Street Mod with your swap, you want to look at the kumhos. But id wait until you got a few events under your belt before spending the cash.

What are you talking about a swap? I'll just slap on my valve cover and they won't know the difference. As it stands right now the plan is to buy some rims and slap on some azenis within a month or two at the most. Then I will definately buy a good set of tires for autoxing alone. I'm still debating if I just want to slap on Hoosiers or Kumhos on my 13 inch rims or if I really want to buy a cheap set of 15 inch rims.

well, if youre going to get serious, you want to pickup a set of 13x8s and put 235 kumhos on them.
