It depends on your ignition system condition and your type of vehicle., copper wont last as long as platinum or iridium but they are cheap and get the job done but end up costing the same if not more in the long run. I run auto lite 104's but will eventually change to ngk's because in tired of changing them. My old lesabre used to chew up platinums like they were gas because of the dis ignition was too much i guess.

NGKR Iridium plugs. Good stuff. Regular NGK Iridiums are good too. Basically evrything I own I try to put NGK's in it.

Plugs make a car. Anyone with a DD turbo car will agree with that. New plugs will make a car feel good as new. Spark plugs are a MAJOR part of the combustion process.

Ive witnessed some high dollar race teams come in and do some pretty crazy things when it comes to the spark plugs in their vehicles. You would be suprised with the amount of time that can be spent on plugs being primary focus. I was

From filing/sharpening the electrode, clocking the plug in different degrees, multiple grounding straps, additional washers for spacing, different gapping techniques, etc.

MANY lower end race teams also spend time testing shelf plugs and different oil brands/weights etc. you would be suprised at which style/brand plugs yeilded gains.

NGK is what i would reccomend.
