Re-poll: Best 4-cylinder engine.
I am probably older than you are.
I am well aware of the internet - and know much more in this realm than your mental capacity can collectively handle. I go into work everyday and make the interwebs work and don't need to recruit nut swingers to further my cause or to increase my ego (we all know if you drive a honda you have to increase your ego to make up for driving a lesser car).
Just because I speak in a non-slang coherent manner (i.e. not butchering the english language) on the internet does not mean I am getting upset or "butthurt".
You guys should practice it. Here I will give you guys a tip:
Grammar Mishaps: How To Build a Proper Sentence
This should have been learned in high school (actually middle school), but I will give you guys the benefit of the doubt and assume that you guys never made it past high school.

I like to look at real world racing for a good motor. Ricers building dyno queens and thinking their cars are quick from a 40 mph roll doesn't constitute an amazing motor to me. So what has Honda done with the motors you think are so great?
Why is this still going? The best 4 cylinder motor in the world is obviously the B16 with DOHC VTECH.
The worst 4 cylinder is the SR20, they can't even make 200hp with the turbo.
Silly Nissans.

I know anyone could learn how to get sideways if they aren't a complete retard also the money you'd spend to be competitive in drifting is alot more then getting into drag racing..
Money can build a fast car but, Money doesn't drive the car down the track fast.
inless you buy a professional driver ..
You also gotta be skilled to get competitive times at the track
just like anything else that involves skill.
I wonder if people even have common sense anymore..

For competitive drifting, money goes to suspension, this thread is about MOTORS.
and I wonder the same thing about people and common sense.

You truly are a inept moron. 240whp is shit; you can make that with the stock T25 on a S13 SR. I'd like to see a K series or B series with stock internals exceed 600whp on stock internals - not happening. My old 240 was pushing around that figure with just a frontmount, and boost controller.
But you know what the biggest difference is ? The 240sx will actually break 200wtq
.
SR20DET>Any B or K series honda.
There isn't even a comparison IMO. The SR20 is a much more robust engine that comes in more configurations than fail wheel drive.

KA24DE is awesome. i have one in my Xterra. but it has a kind of poor head design (timing chain design needs help) 22re has a single row t chain. might as well have a belt. the constant velocity carbs in the triumph engines are crap. but slap dual webers on that fucker, and it will FLY. the rest of them are just god, not great. ive owned many cars. i know whats up.
