i rock 8k hids and i don't think there that blinding of course i changed out my housing and had my headlights aimed slightly down word so as not to blind people

Sounds like you installed them wrong i had a wire back wards on a set of mine which caused the ballast to blow, After doing it correctly never had an issue, i deal with a Ebay dealer that i get all my HID kits from they are great Ever any defect or anything i just shoot them a Email Boom One shipped to me asap free of charge no questions asked.
