i talked w/ one of my friends who happens to be my ex gfs brother and a Honda salesman he told me that he heard somthing about Acura taking over the S2000 and putting a BOSE stereo navigation and many other luxuries in it and sell it for ALOT more than Honda sells it and the dealers will NOT be marking the price up like Honda does because it will be well over $38thousand anyways so it will supposedly be in high demand and people will want them.....but thats just hear-say.....just thought i might catch the attention of some of you w/ that......

Ha ha that proves that the sales man at the dealer ships are the most clueless peoplein this world. No offence to whomever told you that !
The S2000 is a great car although not the same as the NSX its proven that it can at least hang with the best of them.... I guess I dont want to see it go to Acura although is the same damn company.
However I definetly not agree with Hondas business structure in the USA. They should do like they do in Japan and European countries where Honda dealerships will sell you anything from a Honda City to the mighty NSX. Same goes to Toyota/Lexus and Nissan/Infinity. I guess thats the reason why Mitsubishi hasnt been the best seller in the states.. I dont know.. In the end its was made that way because term of social status or for that little extra boost of ego whici something thats higly found in the States that is not found in many other countries.. by no means IM saying that status is wrong..is just more noticeable here than anywhere else ive travel including the 7 seas
