so is Hamilton a world class leader or a puppet? His excuse for Melbourne was that he was told to lie? what happened to race hard and let the chips fall where they may?? I don't buy the BS, it is a pathetic attempt to save Hamilton's image in the press and public

Its the old Nuremberg defense. Not the best move, but a common one.
Maybe it was more of do I bite the hand that feeds me while not knowing the full deal?
Haven't heard if his Dad and him decided to walk or not after the fallout.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

As for the race, It was awesome to watch all the different pits and ongoings, but it was proof that the races outside of Europe need to start early and F-the dam Euro's, make them get up early or stay up late like we do!!! They could have finished the race if they would have started 3 hours earlier. 1 the rain would have been gone, but more importantly, even if it did rain they would have had daylight to complete it after the rain stopped.
This is what I was thinking. Why put the race so close to when the weather is known to happen and the delay could push past the daylight hours.
All the money that goes into these events and the cars alone should give them enough say as to choosing a better green flag time.

As much as I don't like Lewis, this is only 10% his fault in my opinion...the rest falls on McLaren management. They're desperate because they know their car isn't competitive so they're just reaching for anything they can.
