the screw in the center will still be on the release will make it easier to take the bumper off without taking off the rims. And of course because that plastic flew off so until i go to the yard and get a replacement piece that will be my temp. quick fix

it's a pain in the ass to take the rims off to take the bumper off and with them on there i would no have 2.

And again the plastic that is no somewere layin around I 75 lol

 

You can just turn your wheels and stick a screwdriver up in there.. They also make angled screwdrivers if it's still a tight squeeze with the wheels turned.
