I'm sorry but those POS hair ties will not fix a saggy bumper. I'm sure you've touched a hair tie before.. very stretchy and not much strength to tighten up a gap in the body. You might as well attempt to hold the bumper on with a rubber band. The only way to fix a gap is to get new hardware and get rid of the shitty OEM plastic hardware that comes on the car.
