funny you ask... i was driving today and my tire blew into a million bits well the plastic that hold the bumper on got torn off so it's hanging on that side and i need a fix thus looking for the release. And the neon is a auto X car so it would also Help

He made a thread in Misc for sale, go back a few pages and you should be able to find them. They use hair ties to hold the bumper on though.. I would never put that garbage on my car.

I dont get it.... Whats the purpose, I read through and entire thread about them and all I saw was a bunch of slow cars with hair ties keeping on the bumper......

As for OP, you Auto-x..... ok so why do you need to quick release your bumper??? Im guessing if a piece of elastic holds it on its not adding that much weight and what you loose in lbs. you gain in air-resistance.
