a tube frame chasis is simple its a bunch of tubular metal piping that runs from the front of the car to the back of the car this would be a full tube frame car the sides of the car also has tubular metal piping on the sides and the roof line. Basically instead of a chasis with flat metal where body panels are often welded and/or bolted to there are metal tubes with brackets to hold the body panels on. A roll cage inside a car is not a tube frame. Obituary what you are refering to with wrinkle walls is called a narrow rear end. Narrow rear ends can sometimes (depending on the car and who does the work) end up looking like a tube frame in the back half of the car.

No Obituary is right thats tubbed. I still dont know if the original poster ment tubed (tube chassis) or tubbed (cut up rear fenderwell for slicks)... If he means tubbed then its impossible. If he means tube chassis then thats a pretty insane street car.
