well, droping wheel weight is for more then just faster 1/4 mile times. helps breaking and handling and mpg lol. and honestly iam seeing more and more cars with back and red 006s or just black and red.
Oh and the more tire i can get on all 4s the better. i really want to be ready to go to sebring by the summer and to be honest, more power will NOT be good for my first time on a real race track, but more tires are always helpful.

The thing with light wheels is that strength is typically sacrificed for weight. That's not so bad on a tracker but on the street with all the potholes, speed bumps and irregularities makes the wheel more susceptible to cracking.
Unless your are competing I'd go for durability over performance.
For the record I've cracked two wheels.
